Roger Billins is a newly appointed consultant to Oliver Fisher. He has nearly 40 years experience as a commercial solicitor, specialising in both contentious and non contentious matters. He is the author of two legal text books “Agency Law” and “Solicitors’ Duties and Liabilities”. As well as helping Oliver Fisher, he is also a consultant to Holborn firm, Collyer Bristow and is a Trustee of two charities.

Roger is committed to providing an efficient and economical service to clients, many of whom are entrepreneurs, both well-established and start-ups. He believes that smaller commercial clients get a raw deal from traditional law firms and suffer from poor service and high costs. He has good relationships with litigation funders who can provide a solution to claimants who otherwise could not afford to bring commercial claims.
