The History of Oliver Fisher Solicitors
Over the last fifty years Oliver Fisher Solicitors have been involved in many ground breaking decisions which have changed the law in both the Court of Appeal and House of Lords such as London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham v Monk, Norman v Otter and Chiodi v de Marney.
In the recent past we have been involved in 35 Court of Appeal cases and 4 House of Lords cases.
The Senior Partner, Russell Conway, sits on the Law Society Housing Committee and the Law Society Access to Justice Committee so has an eye on developments as they occur.
