OLIVER FISHER is a pro-active law firm in the heart of Kensington offering a comprehensive range of legal services.
Established in 1957 the practice has grown and evolved to meet the ever changing needs of our customers and to keep pace with the world of technology to ensure we have the tools to provide the kind of service our customers expect at a price they can afford.
Our hard earned reputation in the legal world is based on traditional values along with the desire and ability to provide high quality legal advice dispensed by a team of experienced lawyers who recognise the personal touch.
It is the aim of the firm to offer all our clients an unrivalled service in a friendly and approachable atmosphere with legal advice of a high order.
Whilst we are rightly proud of all our services we especially pride ourselves on our property service whether it be a straight forward possession action, a multi million pound conveyance of property or just advice on a knotty problem.
Over the last 50 years Oliver Fisher have been involved in many ground breaking decisions which have changed the law in both the Court of Appeal and House of Lords such as London Borough of Hammersmith & Fulham v Monk, Norman v Otter and Chiodi v de Marney.
In the recent past we have been involved in 35 Court of Appeal cases and 4 House of Lords cases.
The Senior Partner, Russell Conway, sits on the Law Society Housing Committee and the Law Society Access to Justice Committee so has an eye on developments as they occur.
