Loliya joined Oliver Fisher Solicitors in March 2023, having qualified as a Solicitor in 2012. She is highly experienced in private children law proceedings which includes child arrangements, prohibited steps orders, specific issues such as where a child goes to school or whether their name should be changed and applications to remove a child from the jurisdiction. Loliya also has experience of international adoption.

Loliya particularly specialises in public children matters representing parents, grandparents, and other family members dealing with sensitive and often complex childcare proceedings brought by social services and the courts where there are concerns about the care given to a child or children.

Loliya is known for her friendly and down to earth approach. She provides an excellent service, advice, and support to her clients within difficult litigation.
In her spare time, Loliya enjoys spending time with family and friends, travelling, and reading.
