Probate Lawyer

Oliver Fisher is seeking an experienced Paralegal, Legal Executive or junior Solicitor to join it’s Probate team. This busy 3 partner practice in close proximity to some of the most expensive London boroughs is an ideal opportunity for the right individual to build a long-term future and even possibly join the partnership.

We mainly deal with higher fee / low volume work. Indeed, the mature, professional and wealthy inhabitants of the local boroughs who work and mix in the residents Market area, Central and greater London gives a good mix of estate planning, administration and other more complex work.

Established in 1959 the firm boasts a solid reputation and firm client base. Indeed, most of our client’s are repeat clients. There is a ready made work load but building up and maintaining the flow is a part of the job. We have passing trade,   the internet,  and more technical marketing methods. We specialise in Private Client, Conveyancing, Landlord and Tenant and Commerical Property work generally.

Candidate Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years experience in Probate matters (there is no upper limit in relation to the amount of experience)
The ability to confidently manage a varied caseload
Strong communication skills
Business development and networking skills
