Legal Aid Housing Solicitor / Executive Job, 2 -4 Years PQE

Oliver Fisher is looking to recruit an in-office Housing Solicitor to take on an exciting and challenging case-load.

We are looking for a Solicitor with experience in dealing with Possession matters, Homelessness Appeals, Disrepair and Unlawful Eviction cases. The candidate must have empathy with clients and a Legal Aid background with at least 2 years’ PQE experience. We are a Legal 500 recognised firm, employing over 25 staff.

Salary range: Competitive / according to experience.

Skills Required:

This role will involve dealing with a broad range of possession, homelessness, disrepair and unlawful eviction matters. The successful candidate will have experience in dealing with publicly funded matters. Experience of using CCMS / the LAA portal is essential to this role.

Note: This is an in-office non-remote working role.
