Cagla is a trainee solicitor in the Housing Department assisting with landlord and tenant disputes, possession proceedings, homelessness, disrepair as well as other general housing matters.

Cagla gained a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree at the University of Reading in 2018 and also completed the LLM Legal Practice Course at BPP University, London in 2019.
